Herbert Norman Schwarzkopf (28 août 1895 - 25 novembre 1958) est le premier surintendant de la police de l'État du New Jersey. Il est surtout connu pour son implication dans l'affaire de l'enlèvement de Lindbergh. Il est le père du général Norman Schwarzkopf Jr., commandant de toutes les forces de la coalition pour l'opération Bouclier du désert/Tempête du désert.
